Nicole joined O’Connor and Battle as an associate attorney in 2026, where her practice focuses on civil litigation defense with an emphasis on general liability and auto liability. Nicole is a proud Double Buckeye, earning both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University. In law school, she served as the Chief Note Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal, and she received an Honors Award for earning a grade in the Top 5% of her Evidence class. Nicole passed the bar in October 2025 and is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Ohio.

Nicole is excited about the work she does, and she approaches every stage of litigation through the eyes of a jury. After graduation, Nicole clerked for Magistrate Judge Kimberly A. Jolson at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where she also gained keen insights into judicial decision-making and persuasive lawyering at the trial level.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, playing tennis with her partner, and trying out as many restaurants in Chinatown as she possibly can.
