About
Originally from San Francisco, California, Terrie Sullivan knew from a young age that her professional career would be in law and started working in litigation law firms at the age of 18.
Terrie is an analytical and methodical litigator, with a background in complex commercial litigation, business litigation, appellate practice and oral argument, and class actions. Terrie is experienced in prosecuting and defending disputes involving businesses and state government agencies including the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and Illinois Department of Labor.
A dedicated advocate for her clients, Terrie combines a mastery of the facts of each case with meticulous legal research, and persuasive written and oral argument skills to deliver effective results.
Leveraging a strong command of statutory interpretation, Terrie has argued matters of first impression before the trial and appellate courts—including before the Illinois Supreme Court—all within five years of being a licensed attorney.
In her free time, Terrie enjoys hanging out at home, tutoring, visiting Presidential libraries and National Parks, gardening, and exploring Illinois’ vast forest preserves with her two dogs, Goose and Arya. Terrie is a Golden State Warriors fan. She also wholeheartedly roots for the Chicago Bears.
