For 25 years, Liza Franklin has represented the City of Chicago and Chicago Police Officers in intentional misconduct cases that have been filed in federal and state court. For 21 of those years, Ms. Franklin represented the City of Chicago and Chicago Police officers as a member of the City of Chicago Department of Law. In that capacity, she worked with the Chicago Police Department to identify specific issues of risk management and draft policies to address those issues.
