However, through extensive discovery and testimony of the principal of the security company, the trial team was able to prove that the only reason the claimant\u2019s wages differed from others was due to his refusal to participate in computer training or perform additional duties and responsibilities that serve to boost one\u2019s salary. The ruling specifically noted that the actions of our client were non-discriminatory in nature.
